I am planning a trip to Japan with my husband this summer. The last time I went to Japan in 2014 I used a pocket wifi. My husband phone is unlocked and can use esim. I was thinking of getting the 10gb Ubigi esim for him and have him tether to my phone which cannot use an esim.
Does Ubigi allow for tethering or should I just get my own pocket wifi?
We aren’t planning on splitting up. I speak Japanese better and am better at navigating so I was hoping to use the connection for train schedules and google maps. This is his first trip and my 3rd trip.
