Unsure if this is the right group – I couldn’t find any relevant group to post so apologies if this isn’t relevant to many of you.
Parent of 4 YO non speaking ASD boy that struggles to communicate and interact socially.
I just wanted to see if anyone had any idea how schooling life is for ASD children in Japan? Is it dependent on which Prefecture/School they go to?
Do they attend mainstream schooling? What supports do they get? Is it individualsed dependent on needs?
Any feedback or story’s would be greatly appreciated.
