The finger is just to block my daughters face.
The slides we are use to are the ones demonstrated in this photo and during summer time actually handle the heat up until a certain temperature. I’ve noticed now two of the parks we swing by have been updated to a metal slide. At temperatures of only 20 Celsius the slide was becoming quickly unusable.
I just found it a shame and was curious if money was the only factor at play with the replacement of these older style slides?
