I used to live in Canada and still have/had my lifelong PayPal account there. However, Paypal Canada accounts do not work with Japanese banks, so I would like to create a Japanese Paypal account as it is more convenient for life in Japan.
Is this ok? Would it trigger some kind of fraud detection (for dupe accounts)? The official paypal site does not seem to mention these use-cases.
