First of all, I’d like to apologize by saying I’m not currently interested in learning Japanese, but I am asking this out of curiosity because of what I have seen on sites like YouTube.
1. Why do Japanese people make a new line for each sentence?
For example, I’ve often seen YouTube comments that look like this:

Really ?!
I’m surprised !!
As a Japanese, I am glad you liked it !!
Thank you !!
I will do my best from now on !!
Have a nice day !!

I noticed it looks like the same format if it’s in Japanese too.
2. Not exactly the example above, but I feel like when I see Japanese people comment something like the example in English, it feels unnatural? Like a translator was used or something. Does anyone feel the same way when they see these types of comments? If there’s a reason and explanation for this, please explain.
3. And how come they always used two exclamation marks instead of one? And why is there a space between the letter and the exclamation marks sometimes?
Thank you.
