2. the presentation is nice, but i don’t see any other benefit here. you can even see in your clip that the garnish doesn’t stay on top as well as it would on a cylindrical or square roll. if i were at a very fancy restaurant i could definitely see the appeal of something like this, but in general i would prefer a more traditional format.

3. Just seems like nigiri with less rice to me but hey I’ll eat it!(except the jalapeño they scare me…)

4. Never had it, but meh. Looks cute, but this probably glues the rice too much, forcing it like that. That would make it more chewy vs. melt in your mouth feel.

7. These are honestly super cute for kids. I have seen it in kids’ lunch boxes!
