I got tired of being blinded by white background on goo辞書 so I went and used a plugin to modify the existing theme to a dark mode theme. It should have most of the site covered (95%) but there will be things missed and/or maybe broken; so no guarantees. It should cover nearly all the most functional parts of the site. That’s all. If there’s any major issues, take a screenshot and post a comment about it and I’ll address it when I can and post an update it. The work was pretty roughshod as I don’t have a lot of time when I want to focus on my Japanese instead in my free time, but it’s more than serviceable as I’ve been using it for a few days to much relief.

You’ll need to add this domain (in the code block at the bottom) under custom excluded site domains which excludes their ‘App’ section of the site, as it completely breaks that (if you care):
