Overnight layover on a Saturday with a luggage?

Hi I’m going to have a layover on a Saturday from 7pm-5.45pm in Tokyo this summer.
I booked a hotel at Shibuya.

I need to change my airport from Haneda to Narita and need to re-check my luggage and planning to bring 1 medium luggage and a carry on.

Do you think I will survive the train to Shibuya on a weekend night?
