American citizen with Business Manager visa for Japan.
Selling some apps on the Apple and Meta App Stores and generating revenue! Now I want to create a Japanese business bank account to receive funds in Japan.
However, I’ve been rejected from SMBC and Risona because I can’t show them proof of doing business. They want to see signed contracts with suppliers or customers. I obviously have contracts with Apple and Meta, but neither company provides contracts with signatures; they are all digital boilerplate PDFs where I originally “agreed to the terms” via a website.
Any ideas?
