Hello guys, fresh grad from Japan looking for jobs in Japan/USA. My primary target is to get a job in the States and move there (passport holder), but meanwhile, I also applied for this 5CA Customer Support (I am sure you have seen ads and whatnot once in a while) and just need to take the qualification test.
However, Glassdoor reviews tell me it is a below-standard job, with less pay and more hours and bad supervisors/leaders. Honestly, the pay is not “bad” compared to fresh grad salaries you can get in Japan, and 100% remote means I don’t have to commute and I get to live with my family, so I can save more.
Has anyone worked with/for them? If so, how was the experience? I suppose it depends on which languages you excel in, in my case, it is Japanese/English so it might be different from bilinguals(+) in other languages.
I do not plan to work for them for life, I will keep on looking for an escape plan, applying for other jobs at the same time, but as it seems, being a fresh grad from Japan with no experience in the States, it might take quite a while.
Anything helps!

**never worked for them before.
Did the say anything about visa support when you applied?
I keep their ads too and their listings on LinkedIn so kinda curious as well.
What’s the actual salary? That company seems to have a job permanently advertised on gaijinpot, but never specifies the salary.
I’m genuinely curious as well. Sounds a shit job but I want to work from home…
