City suggestions for a 2nd time visit

Hi everyone

I’ll be going to Japan for a 2nd time this year after an unforgettable trip last year. I’m looking for some suggestions of towns, areas or cities to visit.
I will be flying to and from Tokyo so I will be staying in Tokyo and do all “city” stuff there.
I also have plans to hike up Mt Fuji

I’m open to any suggestions, ideally not big cities but more traditional places

Last year I already visited: Osaka, Kyoto, Mt Fuji, Shizuoka, Nara, Kobe, Himeji
