It tastes like wasabi, but a bit more mellow and less astringent. I’m definitely a fan of it over the usual green paste, but I’m not sure what it is. My best guess is preserved wasabi or wasabi stems, but I’d also guess it’s probably not even a wasabi product. Any ideas?
