So i chose a room with oakhouse and am filling out the application right now… However it asks if i have
“been hospitalized for overdose, mental illness, depression, etc. or have had to make regular visits to a hospital for those reasons”
To which the answer is yes i have. Years ago. But I don’t want to say that if it will make them turn away my application. However it says if they investigate me and find that i have lied my application will automatically be declined.
Should I lie? Would they turn me away for being hospitalized in the past? Would they even be able to find that information about me (american)?
On a separate note i lied on my school application about having diagnosed mental illnesses and nothing ever happened there
