Hi, so I’ve been doing some research on universities all around the world that offer marine biology related undergraduate programs and I stumbled upon Tohoku Uni and its Applied Marine Biology Program. I read about the admission process and they mentioned written and oral tests in the field of marine biology in the 2nd screening process.
I’m from a country that doesn’t have a sea so we’ve never really focused on marine animals or the sea in general in our biology and other classes. I’m also quite nervous when it comes to oral testing and the website doesn’t offer more info about what they might ask me.
Are there any students who already got in (or are currently applying) and could tell me more about the application process? I would appreciate any tips and recommendations…
