Are there any prospects for undergraduate programs in Japan for me?

For context I(19) am in Bangladesh right now. My O levels grades were not that good

Mathematics-B

Chemistry, Physics, English Language, Bangla- C

These were self studied, I sat for these exams in private. Currently I am studying for A levels in Mathematics and Physics within college and my expected grades are A now even if I score below A I still plan to re-sit for the exam. Now currently in my country most people pursuing higher education need to finish up to graduate to be considered good in the work force and undergraduate degrees have significantly or to a certain extent lost value in the current work force, the only exception being foreign undergraduate degrees. Now to cut to the chase immediately I just need the degree, specifically in engineering. I considered Japan because the cost of studying in Japan is lower then other countries, I don’t really need to get into the top Universities as I don’t plan on staying in Japan, though getting an admission to a good University is obviously better, I’m just tired just really need an undergraduate degree from a foreign nation to just leave the formal education sector and directly join the workforce in my country without having to grind really bad for not finishing graduate, I feel really done and I don’t feel like I can keep studying in the formal system for almost my whole 20s. Do I have any prospects, I can start learning Japanese now and maybe get to n4 will that help my admission
