ipoe ocn virtual connect occasional connection reset?

Hello, I have had a recent issue occasionally occuring, not sure if its actually related to the ISP OCN, my router, modem, windows, IPOE, OCN’s implementation of IPOE, etc, but basically the issue is just that occasionally when I’m loading a webpage it fails with a message the connection has been reset, then immediately refreshes and works fine.

This only just started like maybe around a month ago ( I started using my ATERM router for IPOE maybe around 4 or 5 months ago and its been working fine ). There was some crappy windows updates around a month ago too (updates that caused alot of people various problems), so thats why I’m not sure what this issue is actually related to. Anyone have any ideas or seen anything similar?

So far I’ve tried switching the DNS from default OCN’s dns to google dns, and i tried restarting my router and resetting my browser settings and cache ( I actually don’t think its related to the browser as I have seen an api connection reset a few times, although i don’t actually know if thats related or not ). I’m also connected via ethernet.

I can say that I play online games and this issue has not affected them whatsoever, i.e. I don’t lose connection or anything. My ping and latency are also good and no packet loss ( which I used to have when I used my old router over PPPOE ).
