This is my trip to Omakase, a Michelin Star in San Francisco. Everything was fantastic (including the sake pairings – I’m not usually a sake fan but these were fantastic). Fan favorite was that Bluefin Toro hand roll which was so good I almost wanted to drop the money on another on, and the Cho-Toro Nigiri which made me melt in my seat.
