My wife would like to apply for NISA, since I have it as well. She has a dependent visa and doesn’t work in Japan. I think it should be possible since there was junior NISA.
How should we apply so that the acceptance rate is higher? I currently use Rakuten bank and securities for NISA so I am think of applying the same for her.
