Points ecosystem questions with investments/crypto

Hi all,

If there is a brokerage or crypto exchange that accepts credit card or Paypay, can you essentially just pump free points by paying with those methods instead of bank transfers?

For example, LINE Bitmax accepts Paypay. Can you do something like:

link Paypay to a credit card > transfer money from paypay to line bitmax > collect points from both paypay and the credit card you have it linked with?

I’m sure some stock brokerages would have similar mechanisms if they allow these methods of transfers.
