Itinerary Check – with Family of 9 including 3 kids

So I am going with my entire family, 6 adults, 1 child (aged 4), 2 infants (less than 1 year old). With 2 infants in stroller, and my wife in a wheelchair. My assumption is Japan is fairly accessible friendly, but I am a little concerned about Kyoto. I am trying not to stuff too much into the itinerary and I don’t expect to do everything.

Day 1 – Arrive to Tokyo, go to AirBNB. Chill and eat 7/11 or sleep. Explore nearby – possibly Ikebukuro.

Day 2 – Shijuku – National Garden, Tokyo Metro Gov Building, Explore area.

Day 3 – Travel to OSAKA, AiRBNB, Wander around Dontonbori (near Airbnb)

Day 4 – Osaka Aquarium, Roam around Osaka Bay Area, maybe Kids Plaza Osaka if kids aren’t exhausted, back to AIRBNB to rest and wander around

Day 5 – Universal Studios

Day 6 – Rest Day. Osaka Castle, Expocity, or Kids Plaza Osaka if I didn’t go on Day 4

Day 7 – Kyoto – Yasaka-jinja Shrine and Maruyama-koen Park – Chion-in Temple – Shoren-in Temple – Kyoto City Zoo – Heian-jingu Shrine (recommended route for stroller safe area). Is Kyoto wheel-chair safe?

Day 9 – Back to TOKYO – Arrive in new AirBNB (near Skytree). Roam around area, possibly explore Skytree depending on time/energy

Day 10 – Explore Harajuku – (no particular order… not doing everything) Meiji Shrine – Yoyogi Park – Takeshita Street – minpig – Kiddy Land – Tokyu Plaza Omotesando, THEN going to Shibuya in evening.

Day 11 – Asakusa – Senso-ji Temple – Explore area – Ueno Park (Zoo, Museum, Cherry Blossoms) – Ueno Marui – Yamashiroya –
