In your experience, which has made better/significant improvements to your language learning: taking classes or private lessons? For context, I am currently enrolled in Japanese classes while also doing more accelerated self-studying on the side, I am learning a pace slightly faster than my classes so I don’t find the lessons to be as helpful but I do love the speaking/conversation portions of the classes. Would I, or someone like me, benefit from private lessons more? I find myself learning at a difference pace than my peers, either faster in some sections and slower in others, but I’ve always had difficulties following a strict curriculum.
Any thoughts?
