Hi everyone. I will be studying at Teikyo University starting this April, so I’m still packing and getting ready from my home country. I’m struggling with having my luggage meet the allowed weight, so in order to narrow down my stuff, I thought I’d ask about the weather there, and just keep whatever would let me survive the first two months.
So, if anyone has an idea about how it feels, please tell me. I looked up the temperature but it isn’t quite enough, because for example, 15 C in my home country feels warmer rather than cold.
