Hi everyone, I’m interested in moving to and working in Japan for a little while. I’ve been doing research on different companies and I’m leaning more towards iTTTi/Peppy Kids Club. I just have a few questions for any folks who have worked for them.
1. I saw the age of kids starts as young as two. I assume the parents are present for kids that young? (Sorry if this is a stupid question, just seems like a lot to be alone in a classroom full of two year olds).
2. How is the dress code? I saw other companies have a strict dress code for their employees. Is Peppy the same? I didn’t see anything on their site mentioning that.
3. This might be the most random question, are the schools you work in air conditioned? I know Japan gets really hot and uncomfortably humid during the summer.
