1) I have an ICOCA card and planning to travel to Niigata, Toyama, Nagano, Osaka, Nara Kyoto. Can I use ICOCA card for these places.
2) For Shinkansen and Limited Express, I would need to purchase additional tickets for them seperately instead of using the card right?
3) I heard from multiple sources (over conversations) that have conflicting information like
3a) for Shinkansen, if u buy the extreme end seats of the carriage, you will be able to put your luggage at the luggage space adjacent to it
3b) You can leave your luggage in the luggage space regardless of where you sit in the carriage
so which part is true? 3a or 3b
4) I heard that there are luggage delivery service between hotels,
4a) where and how do I engage this service?
4b) How much is such service
4c) How long does it take to arrive at destination
4d) Can my luggage arrive before I arrive at the hotel for checkin? e.g. my check in is 14 Mar, Can I send it on 13 Mar for it to arrive on 14 Mar before I arrive and checkin to the hotel?
