I’m going to get roasted for this itinerary but my parents decided they wanted to go to Japan and i had to plan things. Had to put something together with my limited research/time. But this is my FIRST INTERNATIONAL trip/flight, so please aid my clueless self out. My parents are in their late 50s. I am 26F. My dad is in better shape than my mom, but were average for physical health. Dates: March 25-April 8 2024. For tips or suggestions; we like shopping, sight-seeing, temples/shrine/historical, cultural stuff, maybe typical tourist stuff. No bars. I wanted to find a time for spa. New and old clothes shopping. Anime/manga.
Ill also be meeting my sister and her boyfriend over in Osaka. From Canada, but asian-foreigner.
I still have no idea how the trains work but im relying on google maps to help me.
March 25 (Day 0): Morning flight to Toronto
* 5 hour layover. Then hop on a flight to NRT.
March 26 (Day 0.5): Arrive at NRT (terminal 1) at 4:50PM
* Get physical Welcome Pasmo? (I heard some places don’t accept digital, thats why but not sure, open to change)
* Shuttle bus to Tokyo, U-Hotel Takadanobaba (heard its the cheapest option)
* Dinner at conveyor belt sushi place or convenience store
March 27 (Day 1, Tokyo):
* Breakfast somewhere?
* Meiji Jingu
* Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden
* Lunch somewhere (maybe Katsudon-ya Zuicho? i think its far tho)
* Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building
* Made a color analysis appointment in Haramachi, Shinjuku-ku
* Spend the rest of the day shopping in Harajuku? (Daiso, don quijote)
March 28 (Day 2):
* Breakfast
* Yoyogi Park?
* Or Ueno Park?
* Yanaka Ginza
* Koishikawa Korakuen Garden
* I will be visiting the Clubhouse Habataki in Kodaira, Tokyo (not a tourist place, just a mental health centre) My parents will go to Ginza
* 5PM: Meetup with my parents in Ginza
* Dinner: Tempura rice Kaneko-Hannosuke
March 29 (Day 3):
