i’m booking a single Narita Express train ticket from Narita airport to Shinjuku, but i’m worried about potentially missing the train due to flight delays. do the train staff let you use the same ticket for a different timed train, or do you just have to buy a new ticket?
the JR East website just seems to say you won’t get refunded if you don’t pick up and use your ticket for a reserved seat if that train has already departed.
