I was happy to notice that I can eat a lot of dairy products here and even enjoy a McD Milkshake. I assume it is bc most Asians are lactose intolerant and the milk is processed differently here in most cases? It is a trial and error.
However, when I came to Japan I also brought some over the counter tablets with me, but I ran out.
I read about Biofermin ビオフェルミン, Biorakutase ビオラクターゼ, but I’m unsure if they are just for gut health in general or if you can take them with a meal that is definitely containing dairy and have no issues afterwards as a lactose intolerant person.
I don’t want to destroy my hosts toilet..
