Kind of a weird question, but here it goes.
I’ve been suffering on soft beds for almost three years now and only realized that my back problems have been caused almost entirely from having too soft a bed. I spent two months in the US on a pretty firm bed and noticed that all my back problems were gone by the second week I was there. It was amazing.
I’m back in Fukuoka now and I bought a proper spring mattress from Amazon just a few days ago and now this one is also slightly too soft. It’s better than the memory foam I had before. But it’s still soft enough that I feel some pain.
My question is: does anyone know where I can get an extra firm mattress at an affordable price? I know it’s not good to cheap out on the things you sleep on, but I don’t have a big budget. For reference, the mattress I bought cost about ¥15,000. I’m willing to go up a bit more, but I have to be sure it’s gonna be nice and firm.
I should also mention that I weigh 90kgs, so a lot of firm beds have a hard time maintaining that firmness with my weight.
Please, any nice mattresses, or even firm bed toppers would be great to know about.
