Non fiction/essay books for intermediate level?

I just passed the JLPT3 and I’m now committed to level my reading comprehension (and speed, because I struggled so bad to keep up with the timing during the reading comprehension test 😣) by reading more japanese books.
The thing is, I’m not into anime or manga, at all, but rather into non fiction book/essay & self help books.

For example, if I find a japanese personality very interesting I’ll be most likely very drawn to read their book/autobiography (I bought Tsubasa Masuwaka “Tsubasa REAL” – and I really like it so far)
I’m also eyeing Peco (Tetsuko Okuhira) book “My Life” because I LOVE her style and energy
I’m reading 嫌われる勇気 in my native tongue, but that’s the kind of topic I would love to read in japanese.

For additional context, I’m a woman in my 30s, so I don’t exclude content about homemaking, beauty, etc.
Thank you everyone! 🙂
