I’m thinking about opening a French café-bar in Tokyo. Picture having an café-croissants breakfast in the morning, and beer / wine at night in cozy French-inspired spot.
Before I commit, I want to hear from you. Would you be interested in a place like this in Tokyo? Any thoughts or suggestions? Also, know anyone experienced with opening bars or would be interested in such a project?
