I recently moved to an expensive apartment.
I visited the apartment twice before moving in, to make sure the rent was worth it.
I love the locality and the apartment.
But here comes the big issue – The sound insulation is the worst. I can hear the person the above apartment walking, with a floor cracking noise. I cant hear him all day long doing chores like using kitchen etc.
Something there are sounds like hammering nails into the walls too. Not sure what he does.
It is ok during the day, but he starts it like 5am in the morning(even on weekends) which makes it frustrating.
I tried complaining to the management office here twice, but they said they have sent him a letter, but cant do anything more.
Is it a wise move to go and talk to him? Or inform the cops about it?
I really cannot move to another apartment anymore
