Any ideas on why I’m not getting 5g/faster speeds? My wife is having no issues on her iPhone. I’m wondering if there’s a setting I am missing or something? I messaged ubigi support with no response. Luckily I downloaded maps and such, but sometimes needing to pull up booking/reservation info has been frustrating

Update: tried adjusting APN settings per ubigi website (nothing changed but I just disabled and re-enabled things, reset phone, powered phone off and on, reset data connections, etc). Still only getting slow LTE speeds. Sometimes I’ll get “H”.
