  1. I like all of the ingredients. But I wouldn’t touch those spinach mushrooms sweet potato Maki with a 6 foot stick lol.

  2. I would definitely try the sweet potato/mushroom/spinach ones! I looove veggies and always enjoy the different combos people come up with using them in rolls! My local place has a tempura sweet potato and it’s amazing

  3. They look too uneven. You should lay your rice more evenly before putting the filling and wrapping, and shape your filling more uniformly. And arrange them more orderly in the plate!

    Constructive criticism intended, I’m sure they taste great but appearance is important to sushi (specially if all we have to judge is a photo 😉)
