Hi everyone,
I am trying to understand how payment work here. in my home country, you just get a card (mastercard or visa) to pay everywhere (shops, public administrations, online, … ). Basically when you open a bank account, you have all the services with it, except for specific cases (like minors ). Charging a card is very weird for me.
So here i am totally confused about the number of different payment systems credit cards, … For now i am using my icoca cards to pay in shops, but i need to charge it regulary (i try to not put lot of money on it, in case i lose it). I have shinsei (SBI) account, but they didn’t propose me any card.
What is the best payment method supported everywhere? What debit card do you recommend?
