Pasmo.co.jp says that the “SKYLINER & KEISEI INFORMATION CENTER” @ Narita Airport Terminal 1 closes @ 21:00. If the plane lands @ 20:05 how are you supposed to get off plane, immigration, baggage, customs, and stand in line to get the Pasmo Passport before 21:00? If everything runs smoothly it’s possible but what if plane is delayed by 1 hour for takeoff what do you do?
