   Hi! I am student from Europe and I will be doing an exchange from September on at the Sophia University in Tokyo and I have to choose the dorm regarding my preference from 1-10.

   Could anyone help me out how to choose them ? I don´t know the city very well and I would like to be in a well connected place or somewhere I can discover a lot and experience the japanese culture. What neighbourhoods would you recommend (I really love to skate so if anyone could consider that as well by chance)
