So I’ve tried verifying my ID on merucari 3 times now and every time it says
“Unable to confirm personal information
There may be some defects in the content you submitted. Please check again and complete the identity verification procedure.”
I have checked all of my information and none of it’s incorrect.
Is it because I’m on a designated activities visa?
Has anyone else had this issue before?
