To be completely honest, I made a mistake. I parked my scooter in a parking place which was private and I wasn’t a member of the parking lot. Completely my fault. Should’ve know better. If the company asks me for money, I’ll pay them.
To cut the long story short, I found my moped on the footpath with a yellow ticket. Went to the police station and told them the situation. They found out the care taker of the parking space moved my moped to the footpath and I was fined because the moped is registered to me.
Any suggestions what should I do? Should I challenge this ticket? Any help would be appreciated.
