16-day April Itinerary Check: Enough Time to Hit the Alps?

Hello!
Thank you all in advance! My partner and I are planning a somewhat last minute trip in late April and wanted to get a gut check if we are going to be spending too much time jumping around towards the end of the trip. We’re still working on filling in some of the details about specific activities each day but we wanted to try and gut check our inter-city travel plan:

**April 19-22:** Hotel in Shibuya, explore Toyko

**April 23:** Wake up in Shibuya, hit Sanrio Puroland in the morning, take train over to Disney area. Check in to Disney hotel and do an evening pass at one of the parks

**April 24:** Disney

**April 25:** Disney in the morning/afternoon, make our way to Kyoto. Stay near fish market

**April 26-29:** Kyoto–Activities still TBD but will likely include day trip to Nara, various temples, etc. *Is this too long to spend in Kyoto?*

**April 30:** Wake up in Kyoto, travel to Naoshima. Spend afternoon in Naoshima and sleep there.

**May 1:** Wake up in Naoshima & see rest of island, make our way to Kanazawa, spend night there.

**May 2:** Rent a car and head into alps, stay at a ryokan somewhere

**May 3:** Morning finish driving around alps, return car somewhere (hopefully on the way back to Toyko), spend night in Toyko

**May 4:** Full day in Toyko catching whatever we missed

**May 5:** AM in Tokyo, fly out of Haneda early evening
A couple of questions to gut check:
1. Should we anticipate any large headaches with the ferries to Naoshima?
2. Is the Alps swing too ambitious?
3. For the second Toyko leg is there a neighborhood we should stay in that would be a different vibe than Shibuya and doesn’t leave us too far from the airport?
4. If we were going to skip the alps, ideas on what we should replace it with? We’re ideally looking for less of a big-city experience in that time window.
