Hello.
I am an American in Japan on a tourist visa (90 days). The accommodation I am staying at offered me a job. The manager says he can change my tourist visa to a work visa while I am in Japan. I have 60 days left on my visa I know this question has been asked on this sub, but not recently. I have researched this and it seems he is incorrect. Has anyone heard of this…changing tourist visa to work visa, post pandemic, with any success?? Thank you.
