Hi everyone,
I am planning to stay in Kyoto for a week from the *2nd-8th April*.
I will be traveling by myself and already made a list of potential things I want to do (mostly taken from [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/JapanTravel/comments/5wgxa1/best_way_to_group_these_sites_in_kyoto/dea059y/) by /u/GrisTooki).
While the list seems to be quite long, I basically just wrote down everything that looked interesing.
Not sure if I end up going to do everything, so I would appretiate if you could suggest me some *must do’s* and things that can be skipped or not worth it.
There are probably more temples than one would need to go. Would glady skip some in exchange for some nice Sakura Spots.
I have also made a map with all spots, so it’s easier to see where everything is. Can be found [here](https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/2/edit?mid=1Noh1QOE7jio8jSJkmhXLfPxWwT7X_LE&usp=sharing).

***Side notes and questions:***
As for the transportation; each attraction on each day is kinda close to each other.
The plan was just to take the train from the hotel to each location and walk the rest.
I don’t mind walking quite a bit between each sport, as I like walking.
Also I will be arriving at Osaka Airport at around 12pm on the 8th.
From there I was planning to take the Haruka Express since I have two big luggages with me.
I also will be leaving Kyoto on the 9th in the morning to go to Nagoya.
So if there is a pass that covers the Express that is worth it with the locations in mind, I am willing to buy that too.
Otherwise I guess I will be fine using just the IC card.
I would really appreciate if I could get some nice recommendations for food/restaurants. Usually I like chilling at coffee shops, so if there is a really pretty one I would be happy to visit it.
I heard that some temples are illumination temples that are open at night.
Do I need to queue up for them or can I just go there?
