This amount includes monthly base salary and a 5 month bonus for an experienced civil engineering position. This isn’t Tokyo so I am assuming I can get by on this salary but not be able to save much.
With taxes including municipal tax would the net salary, 245,000¥ approximately be within the norms for this field for a Japanese salaryman? I am finding a total 28% tax rate for this amount.
