  1. Ahh, yes so it was scolded with hot water! I noticed that in the color of the ika.

    Also, is that 柚子胡椒 (yuzu koshou) on top of it?

  3. Where can I find yuzu koshou? I can never find it like that. Just yuzu liquid and I’m dying for some paste 🙁
