I’m trying to locate a “Learning & Development” network or community in Japan, and wondering if anyone has any ideas?
I hope to find a group of like-minded people who work in Corporate learning (things like onboarding for new employees for corporations, skill & knowledge training for new projects, products, and processes; etc.).
I’ve looked in places used in primarily English speaking countries (like LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook), but found that these have very low participation rates in Japan. It leaves me wondering if there are Japanese specific websites / online forums that might be better?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
