I’m curious if there is a Private Consulting Service for Foreigners in Japan? Sometimes when I have a question or issue, I have difficulty to find/receive the complete information or where to consult apart from the City Hall, and I was wondering if there are companies or people who provide this kind of service? I tried to find but I couldn’t find any.

I’m not aware of the resources in other parts of the country, but I think it’s likely that they are available in some other locations, at least.
Reddit (on a cost performance basis) has been my best private consulting service, fwiw.
