Hello everyone just wanted to know what can i do in this scenario? I have been an Engineer specialist/ International Humanities visa expiring on April 4, 2024. I submitted the documents for visa renewal on February 15 and was asked for some additional documents which I submitted on March 1. I am joining new company from april 1 and all the procedures were done through the present company. The official date of leaving my present company is March 31. I was hoping to get visa before my joining date on new company but it seems it would take time due to effects of Ishikawa Earthquake. I called the immigration as well they were saying it may take time to get the notification as they were just finished sending out notification to those who have applied on December 2023. Since after joining the new company I have to notify the immigration within 14 days, what are the procedures as still the visa is in processing?
