Used frozen ahi steaks from Aldi’s $5.25 for 12 oz, great price and great quality fish, I used approximately 8oz of tuna for this bowl. Wcdonalds sauce and wasabi spicy mayo was used in the marinade. First time I tried the wcdonalds sauce I knew it would be great on tuna. Wish there was a poke sub, all the current subs are just pokemon porn :/
