Their website FAQ says pickup will happen “in the morning, before 1pm.”
I can’t find any answer on what the earliest they might arrive is (and their call center is already closed for the night). How early do I need to wake up and have the package ready before they pick it up in the morning?

I already know that delivery can start at 8am, but I see nothing about when pickup might start.

You can bring it directly to any of their nearby office, most open at 7, some are even earlier.
Are you reserving the pickup online? If you have an account, you can write in the notes section something like please come after 10am. The earliest I’ve had them come to pickup was around 9am when I selected the before 1pm time slot.
