Health insurance and taxes on a super low income?

A bit complicated but I’ll be switching to just one job. I previously worked for an soon American company part-time and paid taxes on that to America. I’m also divorcing and have sole custody.
Scary part is my ex always did the tax stuff and healthcare was under his company. But with me leaving one job, the salary I’ll get will be around 5-80,000 yen monthly max. (My child support and savings will help me) but I’m super confused at:
1. How I can get healthcare with such a low salary (with just 40-50 hrs a month)? And do I have to tell my employer I’m divorcing?
2. Should I have my children stay under my ex’s insurance?
3. Is there anyway I can figure out approximately what I’ll be expected to pay for insurance and taxes?

Thanks a lot!
