Hi everyone, I just discovered that after one month from my application for renewal of my visa through a consultant agency hired by my employer, the employer is not sending them the documents required for the renewal. My visa expires at the beginning of April and I fear that it will not be renewed in time for updating my house contract, my bank and credit card account. My employer NEVER said anything about not renovating the visa or similar, they just kept saying it was “too soon” (at the end of February) so we could take it easy for another 1 or 2 weeks.
Can I contact someone to intervene or help me with this?
